During the preparation of the E-SURFMAR Programme - now called "Operational Service" -, for the period 2013-2027, the Terms of Reference for an E-SURFMAR Expert Team were required to the Programme Manager. As the other services or projects, E-SURFMAR will have a single expert group instead of the current two. This team should actually replace the E-SURFMAR VOS and the E-SURFMAR Data Buoy Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs).
